Action by David Hintz, a minor, by John William Calhoun, his guardian ad litem, against defendant John Mielke and his insurer, State Farm Mutual Insurance Company, for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained in an auto collision, and by Leslie Hintz, Davids father, against the same defendants, for expenses incurred by him as a result of Davids injuries. A jury trial was had and the jury found defendant Mielke not negligent with respect to lookout, speed, management and control or yielding the right of way. All the damage questions were answered None except that as to the medical and hospital expenses incurred by the father, which was answered by the court per stipulation. From a judgment on the verdict dismissing the complaint on its merits, plaintiffs appeal.
